What You Didn’t Know About Chakras

I want to set a couple of things straight here so that you can benefit the most from energy healing and Chakra work.

The first misconception is about our energy bodies.

It's talked about like each Chakra is interconnected, but when we go to receive energy healing, we focus on the Chakra we believe to be blocked.

Second misconception.

The Root Chakra is the foundation of our energy body -

YES and NOT ENTIRELY...

IT'S NOT JUST THE ROOT CHAKRA.

Your Root Chakra is the foundation of your masculine energy

while your SACRAL CHAKRA is the foundation of your feminine energy.

That means- the Root Chakra is the primary foundational energy center for our masculine dominate. Chakras:

The Solar Plexus Chakra and the Throat Chakra.

The Sacred Chakra is the primary foundational energy center for our feminine dominate.

Chakras: The Heart Chakra and Third Eye Chakra.

Most energy healers will go directly to the Chakra that feels blocked...

I encourage you to go to the foundation-

Often, misalignments in upper Chakras are an effect of a lack of flow of energy in the foundational Chakras.

So, the next time you go into meditation or an energy healing session...

---> FIRST work on the FOUNDATIONAL CHAKRA of the upper Chakra that needs support...

---> THEN (later) draw that new flowing energy up to that upper imbalanced Chakra and NOTICE how much easier it is to release, activate, and re-energize.
